Munkh-Uyanga Erdenebileg

Strategy Senior Advisor, Oyu Tolgoi LLC Ms. Munkh-Uyanga Erdenebileg (Uyanga) is a strategic leader, certified coach, storyteller and advocate for inclusive development. She has worked with organizations such as Deloitte, the World Bank and Rio Tinto successfully accumulating global experiences. She currently leads the business planning at Oyu Tolgoi, where she bridges corporate strategy with social impact. With professional certifications in business and mindfulness coaching, Uyanga integrates empathy, purpose, and collaboration into her leadership. Uyanga holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Washington, an MBA from the University of Finance and Economics, a Master of Laws from King’s College London as a Chevening Scholar, and is the 2023 alumna of the U.S. State Department Hubert Humphrey Fellowship at Boston University.
